Classes started last week and I knew I needed to get some more knitting in before the semester starts. Thankfully, it should be a light semester (credit-wise), but I'm still not sure how much time I'll have for knitting... Plus, the last hat I knit for myself seems to be a bit tight, so I probably will pass it on to my best friend :)

This hat was super quick. I don't remember it being quite this fast last time, but there was a lot going on between work and home so who knows. I cast on on Saturday and finished just before midnight Sunday night. Whoo!!

It's a really deep purple that's almost black, but I love purple, so it's fantastic! It's been especially great these past few frigid days in Richmond!!
I absolutely recommend this pattern to anyone looking for a cozy hat. Still not 100% sure how I feel about the yarn, but it was cheap, so I don't mind too much... :)
